Do I have to sign an exclusive contract?No. You remain an independent contractor. You are only bound to our operational standards when deployed on THE MANGRÕVE SYNDICATE roster.3. How do auditions work?We do not waste time in studios. You only submit live performance footage and references via WhatsApp. If your tape proves your competence, we proceed to logistics.4. Agencies usually delay payments. How fast do I get paid?We are a corporate shield, not a traditional middleman. We guarantee liquidity. Your payout drops exactly as agreed in your deployment brief, regardless of whether the client delays our corporate invoice. We fight for the money; you just play.5. What if your gig clashes with my personal church service or studio session?You maintain 100% schedule sovereignty. When a gig is available, you receive a binary Yes/No deployment offer. If you are booked elsewhere, you simply decline. You only take deployments that fit the open dates on your calendar.6. What if my skill level isn't "elite" yet?We operate on tiered deployment levels.
